1. Definitions
"Swipli / the platform" - an AI-powered engine for creating and playing swipe-based decision games.
"User / Player" - any person browsing or using the platform.
"Content" - any game, card set, story, nickname, avatar or data created or uploaded by the user on the platform.
"Game" - a swipe-based decision game created by a user using the AI generation system.
"Service" - any function, product or feature offered on the platform, including game creation, playing and leaderboards.
2. General Terms of Use
2.1 Use of the platform is permitted for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before registering.
2.2 Users agree not to perform any illegal, harmful or unauthorized actions on the platform.
2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or restrict any user account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
3. Login via Google
3.1 The platform supports registration and login via Google OAuth.
3.2 By registering via Google, you consent to the collection of basic account information including name, email address and profile picture.
3.3 Swipli does not receive your Google password or access to any sensitive Google account data.
3.4 Registration via Google constitutes full registration on the platform.
4. Game Creation and User Content
4.1 The platform provides an AI-powered system for creating swipe-based decision games. The user is solely responsible for any content they create.
4.2 Users agree not to create games or content that infringe copyrights, are offensive, discriminatory or illegal in any way.
4.3 The user declares they are the rightful owner of all content they create and grants Swipli a license to store and display it.
4.4 Users may choose to publish their games publicly. Published games will be visible and playable by all users on the platform.
4.5 We reserve the right to remove offensive, illegal or problematic content at our sole discretion.
4.6 All games and content are stored until the user deletes their account.
5. Cookies and Third Parties
5.1 The platform uses cookies to maintain login sessions, save game progress and improve the user experience.
5.2 The platform uses third-party services including Google Analytics and Google Ads to collect anonymous usage data.
5.3 By using the platform, you consent to the use of cookies and third-party services as described.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Service prices are displayed on the platform and include applicable taxes.
6.2 We reserve the right to update prices and promotions at any time.
6.3 Payments are accepted through approved payment methods only.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Digital services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable.
7.2 In the event of a significant technical issue preventing use of the platform, please contact our support team and we will provide a resolution in accordance with our policy.
7.3 We may request details or evidence of an issue before providing a credit or resolution.
8. Platform Liability

8.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the platform, user-created content or inaccuracies in AI-generated games.
8.3 We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, technical failures, network issues or malicious activity.
8.4 We are not responsible for any loss of data, games or content created by the user.
8.5 We are not liable for unauthorized use of a user account resulting from a compromised or shared password.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
9.1 All platform content including design, graphics, logo and structure is protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
9.2 Games created on the platform are intended for personal use. They may not be sold, transferred or commercially published without prior approval.
9.3 Users creating content declare that they hold full rights to that content and have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party materials used.
10. Use of AI Technology
10.1 Some platform services are powered by AI models. Users understand that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors or unexpected results.
10.2 Any decision to use or publish AI-generated content is made solely at the user's responsibility.
10.3 All AI-generated content is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional, educational or legal advice.
11. Privacy and Data Security
11.1 We are committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.
11.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
11.3 All user content and data is stored until the user deletes their account.

12.2 We are not responsible for the content, policies or services of any third-party and have no control over them.
13. Changes to These Terms
13.1 We may update these Terms of Use at our discretion and as needed.
